With family roots tracing back to Hillsboro in Marion County, KS and having grown up near Silver Lake outside Topeka, Brady has developed broad, firsthand knowledge of regional land values, property characteristics, and market trends across the state.
Brady holds a degree in accounting, which provides a strong analytical foundation for his real estate career. This background allows him to evaluate land values accurately, assess cash flow and investment potential, and guide clients through complex transactions, including tax-sensitive strategies such as 1031 exchanges. His approach is disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on long-term outcomes.
Based in Eudora, Kansas, just outside of Lawrence, Brady works with buyers and sellers from across the state and around the country. He specializes in recreational properties, agricultural land, inherited land sales, and investment-focused acquisitions. While not assisting buyers and sellers Brady is spending time in the outdoors alongisde his wife Audrey and two kids Peyton and Buckley.
