Property Description:  This 160+/- acre tract of native grass presented by Red Cedar Land Company is located just three miles South of Speed, Kansas or 11 miles Southwest of Phillipsburg, Kansas.    

The unique topography on this pasture consists of two heavy draws with nearly waist high grass leading to two different ponds on the property.  While both are currently dry, the pond bottoms are saturated from over 15 inches of winter precipitation held by the ungrazed pasture grass from the prior year.  With a solid spring rain, both ponds could hold water for cattle throughout the summer grazing season.  The pasture also consists of fence boarding trees offering livestock shade during the hot summer months.  Wildlife are also abdunant on the property, fresh deer tracks, coyote tracks and upland tracks were all seen during the most recent visit.
