Property Description: This property is a secluded haven for mule deer, whitetail, turkey, and upland game. There is one road in, and it is a dead-end road, that ends at the gate to the property. The first step to growing big mature Kansas bucks is no pressure. With only one entry and no hunting for many years this farm can shape up to be special! Other small game animals and upland birds thrive in the ravines and heavily wooded canyon bottom that is covered with hard woods and cedars. The hard woods are 30-40ft tall and stretch throughout the property from east to west creating perfect tree-stand locations. Turkeys also utilize the tall cottonwoods for roost trees and a quick escape from predators.
