Terms and Conditions: 10% down day of sale. Closing shall be at Decatur County Title-Abstract 30 days from auction date. Property taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. Title and closing costs shall be split 50/50 between the Seller and Buyer. All personal property (if applicable) and Real Estate shall be selling as is and where is, without any warranties and guarantees. All Real Estate is selling subject to any easements. Property Description:
For the Farmer- This is a half section composed of range land and productive tillable. The 142 +/- tillable acres of which 100+/- acres are currently in wheat stubble, ready for corn in the spring.
