Greg Baird is a Southeast Kansas native that grew up on farm and cattle operation. Early on he learned the value of land was measured by the opportunities it created for the people who depended on it. Through those early experiences he has a deep respect for agriculture and the role land plays in both livelihood and lifestyle.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Greg worked in agribusiness, where he developed a strong understanding of farming practices and land values. That background guides the way he evaluates property today.
Greg is passionate about the outdoors. As a hunter he understands what makes a property truly special—from wildlife habitat and water sources to the terrain and cover that create great hunting opportunities.
Today Greg specializes in agricultural and recreational hunting properties. His belief is this isn’t just real estate—its helping people find the right land for their future.
Whether helping a family sell a generational farm, assisting a buyer in finding the right hunting property, or identifying land with strong agricultural potential, Greg’s goal is always the same: to match the right land with the right owner.
In his spare time Greg enjoys his small cow/calf operation. During the summer he goes fishing and during the fall and winter combines his interest in hunting and college football.
