Josh was born and raised in the Southeast corner of Kansas and spent all of his childhood in the outdoors. From tractors to horses to chasing critters, the outdoors has pretty much consumed everything he has ever done and or wanted to do. 

Turning that outdoor enthusiasm into a lifestyle as an adult Josh started outfitting deer, turkey, and duck hunts over 20 years ago all while managing and farming several thousand acres of tillable land for corn, wheat and soybeans. 

In early 2013 Josh received his Real Estate license and started in the Land business by opening a Mossy Oak Properties franchise. He successfully ran that office for the last 10 years being named a top 10 agent 5 times. Together with his team of agents they have closed 10's of thousands of acres in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. 

Josh and his team have now merged together with Red Cedar Land Co and are extremely excited to help all of our past and future clients with all your real estate needs. 

Josh and his wife Jessica have 2 children Jaya and Jolee that are both in Jr High and High School. Not many week nights do not include some sort of ball practice or FFA trip but a busy lifestyle is nothing new for the family.
