Kale Kitterman

A lifelong resident of Southeast Kansas, I’ve spent most of my life on the land hunting, farming, and managing properties across Cherokee, Labette, and surrounding counties. From chasing whitetails in ag country to navigating the timber and hills of the region, I’ve gained firsthand knowledge of what makes a property productive, functional, and valuable from both a hunting and agricultural standpoint.

Raised with strong roots in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and the outdoors, I was taught early on that a person’s word is everything. Those values led me into real estate in 2015, where I’ve built my business around honesty, hard work, and representing clients the right way. I’ve had the privilege of assisting buyers and sellers with everything from high-quality hunting farms and recreational tracts to large tillable operations and rural home places.

I live in Columbus, Kansas, where my wife, Kailee, and I farm, operate our businesses, and raise our children. We are actively involved in our community and committed to preserving the rural lifestyle that makes this region special.
