Kaylee Weilert was born and raised in Fredonia, KS, where she grew up on a small farm, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for hard work, dedication, and a love for all things hands-on. Growing up, she was active in 4-H, barrel racing, crafting, and cooking—experiences that taught her the value of patience, creativity, and the joy of building something from the ground up. Her small-town upbringing fostered a strong sense of community, which she carries with her in everything she does.
In 2021, she married her wonderful husband, Matt Weilert, and in 2023, graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After the birth of their son, her family moved back to their hometown of Fredonia, where she followed her dream of being a stay-at-home mom.
From a young age, she was exposed to the ins and outs of buying, flipping, renting, and selling homes. Working alongside her family on projects, she learning about the potential in every property, she developed a keen understanding of what makes a house special and how to spot a hidden gem. She learned firsthand how to transform a house into a home, as well as how to identify the unique qualities that make each property stand out in the market.
As Kaylee embarks on her own real estate journey, she is excited to combine her passion for helping others with the knowledge she has gained from both her family’s experiences and her education. She understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions in life, and is dedicated to making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for her clients.
