Cody Crook was born and raised in central Kansas, where his love for the outdoors and agriculture started at an early age. Growing up on a farm in Pawnee County, he gained hands-on experience in farming, agronomy, and irrigation systems, giving him a unique perspective on how to evaluate farm and ranch acres
In 2014, Cody turned his passion for the outdoors into a career, guiding deer and waterfowl hunts across Kansas. Over the years, he’s learned exactly what makes a property valuable, not just for farming or ranching, but also for recreation and wildlife. In 2018, he started his own waterfowl guide service out of Great Bend, welcoming hunters from all over the country to experience Kansas at its best.
Whether you’re looking to sell your land or find the right property to buy, Cody takes pride in understanding your goals and making the process as smooth as possible. He values building lasting relationships and is proud to be part of Red Cedar Land Co., where he looks forward to helping you with your next move in land ownership.
Cody believes each project deserves a tailored approach, and with Red Cedar Land Co. behind him, he takes pride in being able to offer multiple avenues to represent every seller, ensuring their property reaches the right buyers and achieves the best outcome.
