We are excited to offer you this 80 acre tract the N1/2 SE1/4 24-22-04 in Pawnee County OK. This farm has been highly managed for trophy deer the last several years. In 2022 it had numerous 140+ inch bucks and 2 that grossed well over 160 inches pushing into the 170's. 

This farm sits just 1/2 mile west of Pawnee Lake. The farm boast a great mix from hardwood heavy timbered draws to lush native grassland with scattered Red Cedar thickets. As you enter one of the 2 driveways in the Extreme SE corner you will find yourself in a perfect building site of open Bermuda grass and pecan trees that overlook a deep draw to the west that holds a nice fishing pond tucked down in the bottom. The road frontage 34,700 Rd has rural water and electricity available. The numerous miles of internal roads that have been made lead you down thru the draw past the pond and back up to the top where you will run into the the start of a big long C shaped 7 acre foodplot. This plot has been planted half in chicory and the other half in an annual wheat/rye/clover/turnip mix each fall. The big plot is located basically center of the farm with the big heavy timber located east and a cedar lined ridge to the west. This farm located 3 miles from Pawnee is a short 1 hour drive from Tulsa International Airport. This area around Pawnee lake is rich with history and offers so many opportunities just a couple minute drive from this farm. 

Pawnee Bath House- is a public swimming area below the dam. It is a historical landmark as the stone bathhouse was built in 1939 and the big swimming area contains many things for the kids to do. 

Pawnee Lake is a great fishing lake with public boat ramps and camping areas with hookups. Also next to the lake you will find the Pawnee Golf Course offering a nice 9 hole course. 

Pawnee also has a small grass strip airport right by the lake as well as a rodeo arena and a gun/rifle range.
