Water right # 27680, 164 AF of water, and 660 GPM. There are approximately 120+/- acres irrigated, and 40+/- dryland corner acres. The irrigated and drylands were both planted to corn this year.

Mineral rights: Seller (grantor), hereby reserves unto herself, her heirs, successors and assigns, all of the oil gas and other minerals in and under said real estate and all producing mineral production for a period of twenty (20) years or as long thereafter as oil, gas or other minerals are produced therefrom. The mineral interest shall remain intact as long as there is production in commercially producible quantities. Irrigation Equipment Details: 2015 Zimmatic 9 Tower Pivot, Diesel Cummins Motor, 6,851 Hrs. on Pivot.

For the Hunters: This portion of the state is well known for great pheasant and quail hunting. Most irrigated quarters in this area that have CRP grass will hold very strong numbers of pheasant and quail. This irrigated quarter would be excellent hunting if the corners were put into CRP grass. This is a great area for hunting waterfowl. Ducks, geese, and cranes will utilize the pivots for feeding when flying from Quivira and Cheyenne Bottoms. Sellers to retain a 10 year mineral reservation.
