Property Description: Located just south of Manter Kansas this farm is a great investment opportunity for a pheasant / quail hunter looking for income and great hunting. Western Kansas is known for its great bird hunting and access to thousands of walk-in hunting areas. Aside from pheasant and quail the whitetail and mule deer hunting in this part of the state is great as well. You don't have to have tons of timber and cover to shoot a big buck in this part of the state. There is some deer sign on the property, but endless opportunities with walk in hunting as well. The farm is currently enrolled into the CRP program until 9/30/2020 (There are tenants on the CRP). All but the S/2 of the S/2 is enrolled into CRP. The far south end of the farm is expired and could be broke out to farm.  There is an old farmstead and sheds on the property. The old farm site and buildings will be sold "as is, where is". What mineral rights are owned by the Sellers shall transfer. For more information about this listing call Ryan Koelsch at 620-546-3746.
