Dustin Lutt

Every piece of land has potential. Whether that’s long-term investment value, income opportunities, or quality hunting and recreation, understanding how a property fits the right buyer is essential.

My name is Dustin, and connecting people with land that fits their goals is second nature to me. I grew up in rural Wayne, Nebraska, where I developed a strong appreciation for land stewardship, hard work, and the outdoor lifestyle. That background allows me to naturally evaluate properties through both an investment and recreational lens.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Media & Journalism with a minor in Photography from the University of South Dakota before relocating to Kansas and co-founding a video production company. For more than 14 years, I produced award-winning photography and video for leading brands in the outdoor industry. That experience sharpened my eye for marketing—understanding how presentation, storytelling, and strategy work together to position a property at the highest level and attract serious buyers.

As a seller, my focus is on maximizing value while making the process smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re selling inherited land, restructuring an operation, or capitalizing on strong market conditions, I use high-quality media, targeted marketing, and a clear understanding of buyer demand to attract the right audience.

As a buyer, whether you’re investing in farmland or searching for a recreational property to enjoy for years to come, I work to identify land that truly fits your long-term goals. Evaluating access, habitat, neighborhood pressure, and future upside is second nature to me.

I currently live on an acreage outside of Lindsborg, Kansas, with my wife, Lexington, and our four kids. I’m proud to represent Red Cedar Land with honesty, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

At the end of the day, my focus is simple—clear communication, honest guidance, and results you can feel confident about.
