Ask Dustin Lutt
"It's not often a farmstead survives 150 years and still looks this good."
Originally homesteaded in 1870, this remarkable 80± acre farm near Lindsborg, Kansas offers a rare opportunity to purchase one of the most well-maintained country properties you'll find anywhere in the Smoky Hill Valley.
The 4-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse was built in 1890 and has been thoughtfully updated over the years while retaining the character and charm that make old farmhouses so desirable. Modern electrical and plumbing, a metal roof, updated flooring, and a renovated kitchen provide the comforts of today without sacrificing the feel of a bygone era.
From the freshly painted barn resting on its original sandstone foundation to the classic outbuildings, mature shade trees, and established apple orchard, every acre of this farm tells a story of careful stewardship. Generations of ownership have preserved the character and charm of the property while maintaining it to a standard rarely seen today. Whether you're looking for a place to raise a family, run a small livestock operation, enjoy a hobby farm, or simply escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside, this farm offers a lifestyle that's becoming increasingly difficult to find.
The 80± acres include approximately 17 acres of alfalfa with immediate possession, 54 acres of well-maintained Smoky Hill pasture, 1.5 acres of corrals and improvements, a pond, quality fencing, and mature hedge rows surround the entire farm.
Simply put, this is the kind of place most people dream about when they picture country living.

- 17± acres of established alfalfa with immediate possession
- 54± acres of Smoky Hill pasture
- 1.5± acres of corrals and livestock improvements
