Description

Whether you're seeking productive farmland or a ready to develop hunting tract, this 156 +/- acre property delivers. Regularly planted in wheat and milo, it sits on Class II Harney and Roxbury silt loams that support high yields. Excellent county road access and multiple driveways make equipment movement effortless. A hand dug well is on the property, and power has been run to the central homestead area, which includes three separate outbuildings. Mature cottonwood, elm, locust, and cedar stand throughout the farm. Grass-filled, timber lined draws and waterways form ideal travel corridors and bedding for whitetail deer, turkey, pheasants, and quail. With minimal design, this farm can easily be transformed into a top tier recreational property.
